Haleakava has the best vibe, great people, super friendly owner and staff along with killer drinks. The Kava and Kratom tea are great! Right on Front street with easy access. The design and decor is gorgeous and fun! The patrons are the coolest. The evenings has live music. Go for the drinks and stay for the experience!!!!!!
First time visiting with my husband. Seemed to be a place where a lot of locals hang out. Relaxing chill atmosphere. Tried a 64oz bowl with my husband, felt numbing on my tongue and euphoric relaxing feeling. Servers were quick and attentive.
Haleakava is the perfect place for experienced and new comers to kava. Haleakala offers a warm and cozy atmosphere, friendly people and tasty kava cocktails. You can order a half shell or full shell of kava as well as some tea/juice mixed kava drinks, with fun things like kava gummies this place has something for everyone.
A must visit if you are ever in Maui! Friendliest people and great quality drinks, the live music is phenomenal as well. Would love to visit again
We found this place accidentally. Highly recommend!!! We came back several times during our stay here in Maui. Live island music several nights a week. Great staff and Owners. They made us feel very welcome and it was a great atmosphere.
One of my favorite spots to chill and listen to some great local musicians. Kava is some of the best I’ve tried and I’ve had a few. You will enjoy a real Polynesian experience.
First time experiencing a kava bar and met the couple who owns this place. Had a fantastic evening and enjoyed everything about the location, the service, the music and the communal experience of a kava bar. One of my new favorite places in all of Maui.
